REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
Contact us at info@luckybuddyco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Quality Issues
If your coffee is stale or has quality issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll evaluate and may offer a replacement or partial refund.
Returns on Unopened Products
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be in original, unopened condition. Refunds issued once we receive and inspect the product, minus a 15% restocking fee.
No Returns on Opened Products
Due to food safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened coffee products except in cases of verified defects or quality issues with photo proof.
Non-Returnable Items
As a perishable food product, all opened coffee (bags and K-cups) cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Customer pays return shipping on buyer's remorse returns.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email info@luckybuddyco.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and explanation. We'll respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Our Decision is Final
All refund and replacement decisions are at Lucky Buddy Co.'s sole discretion.
