All coffee products are roasted fresh to order. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All sales are in U.S. dollars.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Product Disclaimer

Our coffee products are perishable food items. We make no guarantees about shelf life after delivery. Store coffee properly in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within a reasonable timeframe for best quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Buddy Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
