SHIPPING POLICY

At Lucky Buddy Co., we roast fresh coffee to order and ship directly to your door. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time

All coffee is roasted fresh to order by our roasting partner. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of being placed. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping 
Free shipping is available on orders of $110 or more to addresses in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days after your order ships to addresses in the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO addresses may take longer (10-14+ business days). Total time from order to delivery is approximately 8-13 business days for continental U.S. (3-5 days processing + 5-8 days shipping) and 13-19 business days for territories and military addresses. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. boxes

We do not ship to international destinations outside of the United States and its territories at this time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our roasting partner location in Boise, Idaho. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup (typically 3-5 business days). Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the shipping carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address you provided at checkout, Lucky Buddy Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@luckybuddyco.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@luckybuddyco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@luckybuddyco.com and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
